I was in this group and under your surveillance to improve my health parameters. I was just going through the Health Check-up Report received from Apollo Multispeciality Hospitals for me. In fact a few important parameters ,as below, have undergone positive improvements: • HDL (Good Cholesterol): It was earlier 41 mg/dl. Now improved to 43 mg/dl. • VLDL (Bad Cholesterol): Reduced to 12 mg/dl from 18 mg/dl • Triglycerides: It’s value is 105 mg/dl. It was 132 mg/dl in July’21. • Fasting BS: Though it has come 129 mg/dl but my HbA1c was 5.6% hardly two months back. I am hopeful that it will come to normal range shortly. Reason: I guess I was taking lower dose of drugs. The rest of all parameters are ‘Within normal range’ even after taking 50% dose of medicines and banking on Diet Plan and Work-out Programme suggested by you. I am of the opinion that within one month time (since 24/01/22),there has been a reasonable positive change in my health parameters.
