Not medical advice

Everything on this website and in any coaching programme is for general information and educational purposes. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it does not replace care from your doctor.

I am a qualified pharmacist and certified nutritionist, and that training genuinely informs the plans I build — particularly around medication interactions and blood reports. But using this site or a coaching programme does not create a doctor-patient relationship.

Never change medication on your own

Do not start, stop, or change the dose of any prescribed medicine because of something you read here or something in a coaching plan. If a plan is working and your numbers improve, your doctor may choose to adjust your medication — that is their decision, based on their tests.

This matters most for diabetes. Reducing carbohydrate while taking insulin or a sulfonylurea can cause dangerously low blood sugar. If you take either, your doctor must be involved before you change how you eat.

Talk to your doctor first if any of this applies

  • You are pregnant, trying to conceive, or breastfeeding
  • You have diabetes, thyroid disease, kidney disease, liver disease or heart disease
  • You have or have had an eating disorder
  • You are under 18
  • You take prescription medication of any kind
  • You have any medical condition affecting what you can safely eat or how you can train

Exercise carries risk

Physical activity involves some risk of injury, and that risk is higher if you have an existing condition. Any training suggested is general guidance, not a prescription from a physiotherapist or sports physician. Get medical clearance before starting if you have been inactive, are recovering from injury or illness, or have a heart or joint condition.

If you feel faint, dizzy, unusually breathless or experience chest pain while exercising, stop immediately and seek medical help.

In an emergency

If you think you are having a medical emergency, call your local emergency number immediately — 112 in India and across the EU, 911 in the US and Canada, 999 in the UK, 000 in Australia, or 108 for an ambulance in most Indian states. If you are outside these countries, use your own national emergency number or go straight to your nearest emergency department. Do not wait to message me. I am a coach, not an emergency service, and I may not see a message for hours.

Results vary

Transformations, testimonials and results shown on this site are real clients and their genuine outcomes, shared with permission. They are not a promise of what you will achieve. Results depend on your starting point, consistency, medical situation, genetics and circumstances.

Accuracy

I try to keep everything here accurate and current, and nutrition science moves. If you spot something out of date or wrong, please tell me — I would rather fix it.

Other websites

Where this site links elsewhere, those sites are not under my control and I am not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

The short version. I can help you eat and train better, and I can do it with an understanding of your medication that most coaches do not have. I cannot diagnose you, treat you, or replace your doctor — and I will always tell you when something needs a doctor rather than a coach.
