Terms & Conditions
These are the terms on which Roshan Gupta, operating as Coach Roshan provides coaching. By booking a programme you agree to them, so they are written plainly rather than in legalese.

Who you are contracting with

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use these services. Coaching is not offered to minors.
What you are buying
Personalised nutrition and lifestyle coaching, delivered remotely over WhatsApp and video call. Depending on the programme this includes a custom diet plan, a training plan, supplement guidance, ongoing support and scheduled check-ins.
You are buying guidance and support, not a guaranteed outcome. Results depend on how consistently you apply the plan, your starting point, your medical circumstances and factors outside anyone’s control.
This is not medical care
I am a qualified pharmacist and certified nutritionist. That means I can build nutrition plans that account for your medicines and read your reports intelligently. It does not make me your doctor, and coaching does not create a doctor-patient relationship.
Nothing I provide replaces medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Never start, stop or change a prescribed medication because of anything in a coaching plan. Those decisions belong to your treating doctor.
What I need from you
- Accurate information about your health, medications and history
- Prompt notice if your health, medication or circumstances change
- Your doctor’s involvement where a condition requires it
- Reasonable communication — I cannot coach someone I cannot reach
If you withhold relevant medical information, I cannot be responsible for a plan built on incomplete facts.
Payment
Programme fees are agreed before the programme starts and are payable in advance. Fees are quoted in Indian Rupees. Where a programme is billed monthly or quarterly, each period is payable at the start of that period.
Refunds
You may request a full refund within 7 days of payment, provided your personalised plan has not yet been delivered. Once your custom plan has been sent, the work has been done and the fee is non-refundable.

Your plan is for you
Plans, PDFs and materials I create are for your personal use. Please do not resell them, publish them, or pass them to others as their own plan — a plan built around your bloodwork and medication may be actively unsafe for someone else.
Ending the programme
You can stop at any time; simply tell me. I may end a programme early if you are abusive, if you repeatedly ignore medical safety guidance, or if continuing would not be in your interest. In that case I will refund any period paid for but not delivered.
Limits of responsibility
I take reasonable care in everything I provide. To the extent permitted by law, my total liability in connection with a programme is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded under Indian law — including your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Cuttack, Odisha, India. Coaching is delivered online to clients in many countries. If you are a consumer resident outside India, nothing in these terms removes any mandatory protection you have under the consumer law of the country you live in — where that law gives you stronger rights than these terms, those rights still apply.
