Coach Roshan Programme

One-Time Full Assessment

A single, thorough consultation and everything that comes out of it — your blood reports read properly, a complete diet plan, a supplement protocol checked against the medicines you are already on, and a training plan you can run yourself. One consult, one complete plan, no weekly follow-ups.

One consult  ·  complete written plan  ·  no ongoing check-ins

One-time full assessment - blood reports, stethoscope, pen and notepad
What this is

Everything a programme starts with, without the ongoing coaching

Every programme I run begins the same way: a long consultation, a careful read of your bloodwork and your prescriptions, and a plan built specifically around them. What follows after that is three months of weekly adjustments and daily support.

Some people do not need the second part. If you are self-motivated, already know how to train, and simply want a plan written by someone qualified to read your labs — this is that first part, sold on its own.

You get everything up to and including the plan. What you do not get is the weekly re-writing, the daily food-log feedback and the 24×7 WhatsApp line. Be honest with yourself about which of those two you actually need.

How it works

One call, one plan, delivered

From the consultation to the finished plan in a couple of days. After that, it is yours to run.

01

Share your reports

Blood work from the last six months, your current prescriptions and supplements, and a detailed intake covering food habits, sleep, activity and medical history. The more you send, the more the plan is actually about you.

02

The consultation

A 60–90 minute video call. We go through your reports line by line, what you eat now, what your schedule allows, and what you are genuinely willing to do.

03

Your plan, in 1–2 days

Diet, supplements, training and daily targets, delivered in writing within one to two days of the call — followed by a short walkthrough so you can run it without me.

What you receive

Everything, delivered in writing

Assessment tools - weighing scale, measuring tape, blood pressure cuff, blood tubes and reports
Honest fit

Who this is for

This is for you if

This is not for you if

The plan is final on delivery. It is built once, from your reports and the consultation — there are no revisions, rewrites or weekly adjustments afterwards. If you want a plan that keeps moving as your body does, take a full programme instead.

Before you book

Common questions

A walkthrough call is included once the plan is delivered, and that is where questions belong. Beyond it, we are into ongoing coaching, which this deliberately is not.

It is written for where you are now. Realistically it holds for eight to twelve weeks. After that your body has changed and the numbers should change with it.

Not mandatory, but this is where most of the value sits. If yours are older than six months, I will tell you exactly which tests to get before the call.

No. I am a pharmacist, not your prescribing physician. I flag interactions, deficiencies and timing problems, and where relevant I write it up so you can take it to your doctor.

The assessment and the plan are identical. What is missing is everything that comes after — weekly adjustments, daily food-log feedback and 24×7 support. If accountability is your weak point, pay for the full programme instead.

One consult. One complete plan.

Take the free consult anyway. Twenty minutes, no obligation. If I think you would be wasting your money on a one-time plan and would do better with ongoing coaching, I will tell you.
