21-Day Health Jumpstart
Three weeks, one change at a time. This is not a detox, a cleanse or a transformation challenge — it is the smallest set of habits that reliably make everything else easier, installed one week at a time so they actually stick.
21 days · no equipment · the lowest-commitment way to start
What 21 days will and won’t do
Let me be direct, because most 21-day challenges are sold dishonestly.
Three weeks will not transform your body. Anyone promising you a visible physique change in 21 days is selling water weight and a filter. Fat loss and muscle gain run on a scale of months, not weeks.
What three weeks will do is shift the things you notice from the inside — energy through the afternoon, digestion, sleep quality, the constant background hunger. And it builds the four or five habits that every longer programme is built on top of. Most people who do this arrive at a full programme already halfway there.
One focus per week
You are never juggling more than one new thing. Each week’s habit stays in place as the next is added.
Protein and water
A protein target at breakfast and a daily water floor. Two changes, nothing removed from your diet. This alone kills most mid-morning snacking.
Sleep and steps
A consistent sleep window and a step target built from your actual current average, not a generic 10,000. Movement you don’t have to schedule.
Meal structure
Meals move to a rough rhythm, and we make one or two swaps in what you already eat — not a new menu. This is the week the plate starts looking different.
What the three weeks actually look like
- A short daily check-in on WhatsApp — two minutes, not a food diary essay
- One habit to hit that day, clearly defined, no ambiguity
- Feedback from me on what you logged, same day
- A weekly call to review what worked and what didn’t
- A simple starting-point assessment at day 1 and a repeat at day 21
Who this is for
This is for you if
- You have never worked with a coach and want to test the water
- You have started and abandoned diets more than twice
- Your schedule is chaotic and a full programme feels like too much
- You want to see how I work before committing to three months
This is not for you if
- You have a specific medical condition to manage — take the Diabetes or PCOD programme instead
- You want measurable fat loss inside three weeks
- You already have consistent habits and want a training plan
If you continue into a full programme within two weeks of finishing, the Jumpstart fee is adjusted against it. Ask on the consult call — there is no reason to pay for the same assessment twice.
Common questions
Not a full personalised plan — that is what the longer programmes are for. You get daily targets and specific swaps inside what you already eat, which is deliberately lighter-touch. Three weeks is not long enough to justify rebuilding your whole diet.
There is a step target from week two, but no structured training plan. If you already train, keep doing what you are doing.
Either you carry on with the habits by yourself — which is a genuinely fine outcome and some people do exactly that — or we talk about which full programme fits. No automatic rollover, no pressure.
For most conditions, yes — nothing here is aggressive. But if you are managing diabetes, thyroid or blood pressure, mention it on the consult call. Sometimes the condition-specific programme is the better use of your money.
Start with three weeks
If a three-month commitment feels like too much right now, this is the honest way in. Twenty minutes on WhatsApp and we can decide whether it’s worth it.
